Wow what a busy weekend!
Clearly everything we are doing with marketing ourselves is making a huge difference, be it TV; Social media; our events in The Onyx bar; (2 wine tastings last week), the inclusion with London Restaurant Festival; (where we have just learnt we have been nominated for awards) or being awarded 3 months on the bounce with the Open Table diners choice.
So much going on that not a surprise that again this weekend saw our Covent Garden restaurant beat record sales and covers with well over 1000 diners this weekend. Huge well done to all the team. Great news is that this week looks even busier and with 5 weeks or do to go until we open Camden the team are balancing the current with the exciting future.
On the Camden opening the construction team from ICM ltd have really been pushing on this weekend with electrics going in, and the tiling being laid this morning when we visited, and shown some amazing pictures of the wall panels and doors being cut out in the workshop. The vision is really coming to life.
