Varied day sorting out solutions for the new restaurant.
Great to hear from both our Exec chef and Operations Manager that with 7 weeks to open we have recruited and orientated half of the kitchen brigade and a quarter of the Front of house team. This is slightly ahead of schedule and with adverts going live next week for various positions I am sure these will be filled very quickly. I also spent an interesting time on a call with the Landlord’s architect achieving final approval on the positioning of the air conditioning units, now with 9 cassettes being installed over the 2 floors that was something to get very excited about!
Finally we have also managed to confirm the ceiling heights for both floors, now this may sound strange to be completed so late, but with the requirement for throw rates on projections and pixel definition being so precise it needs to be perfect, otherwise the interactive tables will be impacted.
Cant wait for tomorrow when we taste test the new Inamo Camden Lunch menu. Sometimes it's a hard job!
