  • Please be aware that our tables are fixed to the floor due to our interactive menu projections and you will, therefore, very likely be sharing your table with other guests.

  • Upon booking a member of the reception team will be in touch to provide a booking form – please ensure you provide correct contact details as completion of the booking form is required in order to hold your reservation.

  • It is our policy for all bookings on Valentine’s Day when dining after 17:00 to request credit card details to confirm the reservation. This will guarantee your booking by authorising us to charge £15.00 per person to your credit card in the event that the booking is not honoured or cancelled with fewer than 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations must be confirmed in writing, verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

  • Please note that from 5pm to close the only available dining option on 14th February will be our Valentine’s menu @ £45.00 per person.

  • Please note that the bill will include VAT @ 20% and will incur an additional discretionary 10% service charge.

  • Please ensure we are informed in advance of any dietary requirements.
